We collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication method, subscription status, and the channels or workspaces you configure inside VisionFabrik.
When you use the product, we also process content inputs, channel settings, media assets, generation history, billing events, and product activity needed to deliver the service and support your account.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate VisionFabrik, authenticate your account, generate and manage content workflows, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve product performance.
We may also use service usage data in aggregated or de-identified form to understand reliability, feature adoption, and commercial performance.
Payments and Billing
Paid subscriptions and billing operations are handled through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on VisionFabrik servers.
Billing records, plan changes, invoices, and subscription status may be synced back into VisionFabrik so you can manage access, limits, and account entitlements.
Third-Party Services
VisionFabrik uses third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, AI generation, media processing, authentication, and publishing integrations. Those providers may process data only as needed to perform their role in delivering the service.
If you connect external platforms such as YouTube or other channels, we store the credentials or tokens required to maintain that connection and perform the actions you authorize.
Retention and Security
We retain account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect stored data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can update certain account details from within the product, disconnect integrations, and manage billing through the customer portal when available.
