These Terms govern your access to and use of VisionFabrik, including the website, dashboard, generated outputs, and related services. By using VisionFabrik, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business or creative purposes.

VisionFabrik may offer trial access, paid plans, metered usage limits, or plan-based entitlements. Plan limits, included allowances, and pricing are described in the product or checkout flow and may be updated from time to time.

Subscriptions renew according to the billing cadence shown at checkout unless cancelled. Billing management, invoices, payment methods, and cancellations may be handled through Stripe.

You are responsible for the content, prompts, scripts, assets, and publishing actions initiated through your account, including ensuring you have the rights needed to use supplied media, brands, voices, and distribution channels.

You are also responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication and for complying with platform rules, disclosure obligations, and applicable laws in the markets where you operate.

You may not use VisionFabrik to engage in fraud, impersonation, spam, unlawful surveillance, infringement, platform abuse, malicious automation, or any activity that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access if an account creates operational risk, violates these Terms, or threatens the safety, integrity, or reliability of the service.

You retain your rights in the content and materials you provide to VisionFabrik, subject to the permissions needed for us to host, process, transform, and deliver the service.

VisionFabrik and its software, workflows, interface, brand assets, and underlying systems remain our property or the property of our licensors.

We are continuously improving the product and may add, remove, or modify features, plan structures, integrations, and limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent support for every feature.

Some functions depend on third-party services such as AI providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure, and publishing platforms, which may affect availability or output quality.

VisionFabrik is provided on an as available and as is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionFabrik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the product, pricing, and legal requirements evolve. Continued use of VisionFabrik after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
