Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how VisionFabrik handles trials, recurring subscriptions, cancellations, downgrades, upgrades, billing disputes, and refunds for self-serve plans.

Trials and Paid Plans

VisionFabrik may offer a free trial, promotional access, or other limited evaluation periods. Trial features, limits, and duration are described in the product or checkout flow and may change over time.

Once you start a paid subscription, billing renews automatically for the cadence shown at checkout unless you cancel before renewal.

How to Cancel

For self-serve subscriptions, cancellations, payment methods, invoices, and subscription changes are generally managed through Stripe. You can use the billing controls inside the product to open the Stripe customer portal.

If you cancel, your subscription will usually stop renewing at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe, your order form, or a written commercial arrangement states a different timing.

Upgrades, Downgrades, and Proration

Upgrade and downgrade timing, credits, and proration depend on the billing settings shown in Stripe or in your order form. In many cases, upgrades may take effect immediately and downgrades may take effect at the next renewal date, but the exact billing treatment is the one presented during the change flow.

Plan changes may affect active channel limits, production capacity, AI credits, or access to connected platform features. VisionFabrik surfaces in-product tools to help manage overflow or reassignment when a lower plan changes what stays unlocked.

Refunds

Except where required by law, expressly stated in writing, or provided as part of a specific commercial offer, fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes partial billing periods, unused capacity, unused AI credits, unused channels, or unused time remaining in a paid term.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@visionfabrik.com promptly with the account email, invoice reference, and a short explanation so we can review the issue.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve a good-faith billing issue, we may suspend or restrict access to the service while the dispute is being reviewed.

Taxes and Invoices

Charges may be subject to VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes depending on your location, billing profile, and the settings used by Stripe or your commercial agreement. Invoices and tax calculations are generally handled through Stripe for self-serve subscriptions.

Account Deletion

Deleting your VisionFabrik account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. If your plan is active, you should cancel the subscription first through billing before requesting permanent account deletion.
