Subprocessors

This list is intended to describe the main service providers involved in delivering the VisionFabrik product. Some vendors are optional, feature-specific, or only used when a customer enables a related workflow. Some connected publishing platforms, such as YouTube or TikTok, may act as independent platforms under their own terms rather than as VisionFabrik subprocessors in every context.

• Cloudflare R2: object storage and delivery for uploaded or generated media assets when R2 storage is enabled.
• Managed PostgreSQL provider selected by VisionFabrik: database hosting for account, billing, workspace, and operational records.
• Application hosting and deployment provider selected by VisionFabrik: compute, networking, runtime, and operational support for the web application and API.

• Stripe: subscription management, billing workflows, invoices, payment methods, and related fraud-prevention or tax features.
• Resend: transactional email delivery, including password reset and account-related notifications.

• OpenAI: AI-assisted generation features, including text, image, and voice-related workflows that rely on OpenAI services.
• Google: Google Sign-In, Gemini-assisted generation features, and YouTube-related connectivity where enabled.
• ElevenLabs: optional text-to-speech processing for supported voice features when enabled by VisionFabrik.
• Pexels: stock media retrieval based on user prompts or search instructions where stock workflows are enabled.

When you connect a publishing or advertising platform, such as YouTube or TikTok, that platform may receive data directly from you or from VisionFabrik at your direction to complete the authorized workflow. Those platforms generally operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

VisionFabrik may update this subprocessor list as vendors, infrastructure choices, or product capabilities change. Material changes may be reflected on this page, in customer paperwork, or through other reasonable notice channels.
